Split-type Multifunctional High-shear Dispersing and Emulsifying Machine
The CTL2000 series inline high-shear dispersing and emulsifying machine features extremely high shear speed and shear force, with particle sizes ranging from approximately 0.2 to 2 microns, ensuring the stability of high-speed dispersion and emulsification. The CTL2000 is a three-stage high-shear inline disperser, used for producing highly fine emulsions and suspensions. The shear force in the working chamber greatly enhances material conveying, accelerating the dissolution rate of monomolecular and macromolecular substances. The three-stage stator-rotor combination (dispersion head) ensures small droplet or particle sizes with a very narrow distribution range. This process enables the mixed material to remain stable for a long time, especially when mixing emulsions.

Cream, cosmetics, toothpaste, juice, detergent, paste, salt solution, catalyst, paint, polymer emulsion, pesticides (herbicides, insecticides)
