Laboratory Inline Horizontal High Shear Emulsifier The Y25 and Y20 laboratory high shear emulsifiers are equipped with original German motors, ensuring more stable operation and lower noise. They are compact and convenient, and can be operated manually. By matching different working heads, they can complete various processes including dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, mixing and dispersion of high-viscosity materials, homogenization, and crushing and homogenization of animal and plant tissues.
With a maximum speed of 28000rpm, it can operate continuously for up to 4 hours. There are more than 20 types of working heads available, and vacuum operation is also achievable, easily meeting various high-demand experimental requirements for dispersion, emulsification, and homogenization.
