III. Optional Configurations
1. Four-blade propeller type - standard stirring head, which makes the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom with low shear force.
2. Three-blade propeller type - makes the mixed medium flow axially from top to bottom, generating local shear force. Used at medium and high speeds.
3. Dissolution type - makes the mixed medium generate radial flow from both top and bottom; the strong turbulence and high shear force formed can crush particles in the liquid. Used at medium and high speeds.
4. Centrifugal type - double blades open as speed increases, suitable for use in narrow-mouth containers. Stirring effect is similar to that of four-blade propeller type. Used at medium and high speeds.
5. Fan blade type - generates tangential flow with low turbulence and good heat exchange performance, suitable for occasions requiring gentle stirring of media. Used at medium and low speeds.
6. Anchor type - generates tangential flow, forming high shear rate at the edge, preventing the mixed medium from depositing on the container wall. Used at low speeds. Ideal for stirring medium and high-viscosity fluids, applied in polymer reactions and dispersion of minerals in liquids.

IV. Maintenance of Mechanical Stirrers
·1. Bearings bear all the load of the machine, so lubrication has a great impact on bearing life, which directly affects the service life and operation rate of the machine. Therefore, the injected lubricating oil is required to be clean and the seal is good. The main oil injection points of this machine are (1) rotating bearings, (2) rolling mill bearings, (3) all gears, (4) movable bearings and sliding surfaces.
·2. Newly installed rims are prone to loosening and require regular inspection.
·3. Pay attention to whether the operation of each part of the machine is normal.
·4. Check the wear degree of easily worn parts and replace worn parts in time.
·5. The bottom frame surface of the movable device should be cleaned of dust and other substances to prevent the movable bearings from failing to move on the bottom frame when the machine encounters unbreakable materials, resulting in serious accidents. 6. If the bearing oil temperature rises, stop the machine immediately to check the cause and eliminate it.
·7. If there is an impact sound when the rotating gears are running, stop the machine immediately to check and eliminate the fault before restarting.
