Product Introduction:
The pilot-scale high-shear dispersing emulsifier is specially designed for pilot tests, simulated production, and small-batch production in factories, with a maximum processing capacity of 50L. The standard working head adopts a claw-type structure, and suitable stator and rotor can be freely replaced according to different materials and process requirements.

2. Only by replacing the working head, the equipment can realize the functions of Eumix (stirring), Hishear (dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying),
Jetmixers (jet mixing), and PLM (solid-liquid dispersion mixing).
3. The equipment is equipped with a high-speed frequency conversion motor, which starts with frequency conversion when turned on to protect the equipment, and the rotating speed is adjustable and displayed.

Application Cases:
1. Equipped with Hishear working head to complete O/W emulsification
Put the aqueous phase into the container, adjust the rotating speed to 6000rpm, then slowly add the oil phase, and operate for 10 minutes to complete emulsification.
2. Equipped with Jetmixers working head to complete xanthan gum dissolution
Add xanthan gum into water, adjust the rotating speed to 4500rpm, and operate for 15 minutes to complete dissolution.
3. Equipped with Eumix toothed disc working head to complete pigment dispersion
Add pigment into resin, adjust the rotating speed to 3000rpm, and operate for 15 minutes to complete dispersion.
