Working Principle:
The high-speed rotation of the powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizing emulsifier creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper and lower parts of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy generates a high linear speed on the rotor, causing materials to be ejected after intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing between the gaps of the rotor and stator. Under the action of multiple directional forces, strong turbulence is generated. The materials undergo repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing for a certain period of time with an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, resulting in a stable emulsion.
