Double-Layer Glass Reactor can realize process operations such as dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, and mixing of materials under vacuum or pressure environments. It can be equipped with various high-efficiency macro-stirrers, high-shear homogenizers, reliable vacuum sealing systems, and temperature control systems. Multiple sensor detection systems can simulate industrial production in a laboratory environment.
Application Scope:
Used for dispersion, mixing, emulsification, homogenization, and dissolution in laboratories. Under vacuum or pressure conditions, the entire reaction process of stirring, homogenization, emulsification, dispersion, mixing, etc., of materials can be observed through the glass reactor.
It can simultaneously measure the temperature, pressure, viscosity, pH, etc., of materials. It can also heat or cool materials.
