Laboratory High-Viscosity, High-Power, High-TorqueHigh-Shear Homogenizing Emulsifier The Y25 and Y20 laboratory high-shear emulsifiers adopt original German motors, ensuring more stable operation and lower noise. They are compact and convenient, and can be operated manually. Depending on the matching working heads, they can complete various processes including dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, grinding, mixing and dispersion of high-viscosity materials, homogenization, as well as crushing and homogenization of animal and plant tissues.
The rotational speed can reach up to 28,000 rpm, allowing long-time operation. There are over 20 types of working heads available, and vacuum operation is achievable,
easily meeting various high-demanding experimental requirements for dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.
