Working Principle:
The powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizing emulsifier rotates at high speed, creating a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper and lower parts of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy transmitted to the rotor generates a high linear speed, causing materials to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shear between the rotor and stator gaps before being ejected. Under the action of various forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, the materials undergo repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement and shearing over a certain period of time to form a stable emulsion.
