Working Principle:
The powerful motor of the laboratory homogenizing emulsifier rotates at high speed to create a vacuum between the rotor and stator, and materials enter from the upper and lower parts of the rotor and stator. The strong kinetic energy is transmitted to the rotor to generate a high linear speed, so that the materials are subjected to intense impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and strong shear between the gaps of the rotor and stator before being ejected. Under the action of various forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated. With an appropriate amount of emulsifier and mature technology, the material undergoes repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing for a certain period of time to produce a stable emulsion.
