I. Introduction:
The J41F-10S plastic globe valve is entirely made of plastic, and its sealing is made of materials such as EPDM or FPM. The middle structure of the globe valve has flange type and threaded type, and the connection methods also include several types such as flange and thread. Flange globe valves have excellent strength and toughness, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, self-extinguishing properties, low thermal conductivity, as well as advantages such as light weight, corrosion resistance, and convenient installation. Globe valves are divided into manual globe valves and electric globe valves. They are specially used for controlling highly corrosive media. The inner cavity surface of the valve body is covered with various optional fluoroplastics, making them suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines. They have the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance. They are suitable for use in pipelines of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, various organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidants at various concentrations at -50~150℃, as well as various concentrations of strong alkali organic solvents and other corrosive gases and liquid media.
