I. Introduction:
The PXH44H tilting disc check valve is a non-slam check valve whose flange dimensions comply with ASME B16.5, GB, HG and SH standards. Its main advantage is that it overcomes the impact and water hammer phenomena generated by swing check valves and lift check valves under working conditions, achieving non-slam operation. Main features: double eccentric disc, the seat and sealing surface contact gradually when closing, realizing non-slam and noise-free operation. Micro-elastic metal seat, with good sealing performance. Disc-type disc design, quick and sensitive opening and closing, long service life. The tilting disc structure makes the fluid channel streamlined, with small flow resistance and energy-saving effect. When the tilting disc check valve is used in combination with a stop valve, it can play a role in safety isolation. The disadvantages are large flow resistance and poor sealing when closing.
