I. Introduction:
The water seal stop valve is made of carefully selected materials that comply with relevant domestic and international standards. The advanced and reasonable matching of sealing pairs improves sealing performance and extends service life. The packing box of the water seal stop valve is designed as a water seal structure, with water packing of 0.6～1.6MPa connected. It has small friction, good sealing performance, can isolate the system from the atmosphere, and ensure good air tightness, making it an environmentally friendly product. The valve stem undergoes tempering and surface nitriding treatment, giving it excellent corrosion resistance, scratch resistance, and wear resistance. The back seal of the water seal stop valve adopts stainless steel threaded connection sealing or surfacing austenitic stainless steel on the body, ensuring reliable sealing. The packing can be replaced without stopping the machine, which is convenient and fast without affecting the system operation. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with national standard GB/T12235, with a novel structure and beautiful appearance. The connection ends are available in flange and welding types, which can be matched according to different user requirements. It has a compact structure, flexible operation, and convenient maintenance. The water seal stop valve is suitable for use in the condensate return systems of thermal power stations with nominal pressure PN2.5～4.0MPa and working temperature 0~450℃, as well as in pipeline systems of petroleum and chemical industries that require isolation from the atmosphere, to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. The applicable media are water, oil products, steam, and non-corrosive gases.
II. Product Features:
(1) The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with national standard GB12235, with a novel structure, reasonable material selection, and beautiful appearance. The connection ends are available in flange and welding types, which can be matched according to different user requirements.
(2) The packing box is designed as a water seal structure, with water packing of 0.6~1.6MPa connected. It has small friction, good sealing performance, can isolate the entire system from the atmosphere, and ensure good air tightness.
(3) The valve stem undergoes tempering and surface nitriding treatment, giving it excellent corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
(4) Compact structure, flexible operation, convenient maintenance, and long service life.
(5) The back seal adopts stainless steel threaded connection sealing seat or surfacing austenitic stainless steel on the body, ensuring reliable back seal. The packing replacement and maintenance can be carried out without stopping the machine, which is convenient and fast without affecting the system operation.
