I. Introduction:
The J641H pneumatic gate valve is suitable for pipelines in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries where the nominal pressure is PN1.6~16.0MPa and the working temperature ranges from -29℃ to 550℃, used to cut off or connect the medium. Applicable media include water, oil products, steam, acidic media, etc. Operation modes include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc. Cylinder operating media: compressed air, nitrogen. Simple structure, convenient manufacture and maintenance; small working stroke, short opening and closing time; the sealing surface between the closing body (disc) and the valve seat adopts conical surface sealing, with small closing force, scouring resistance and reliable sealing. This valve adopts a double-acting cylinder, which uses air intake from the upper or lower chamber to remotely control the valve, making operation convenient and flexible. Cylinder operating media: compressed air, nitrogen. Simple structure, convenient manufacture and maintenance; small working stroke, short opening and closing time; the sealing surface between the closing body (disc) and the valve seat adopts conical surface sealing, with small closing force, scouring resistance and reliable sealing. The valve seat is replaceable, and can be arbitrarily matched with the sealing surface material of the closing part to meet working condition requirements and extend service life.
II. Product Features:
1. The product is manufactured in accordance with national standard GB12235, with reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance and beautiful appearance.
2. The sealing surfaces of the disc and valve seat are surfaced with Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, which is wear-resistant.
3. The valve stem is subjected to quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, with good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. It can adopt various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types to meet various engineering and user requirements.
