I. Introduction:
The DMZ673H pneumatic underground stem gate valve has the advantages of short structural length, light weight, the seat sealing surface being protected from medium erosion, uniform pressure on the sealing surface, tight fit, being able to scrape away dust particles, tar, etc. from the seat sealing surface during the closing process, convenient sewage discharge, and preventing medium leakage. It is suitable for use in gas pipelines containing dust or tar. The DMZ673H pneumatic underground stem knife gate valve is a relatively complex automatic control instrument, composed of multiple pneumatic components and a valve body. It is mostly used in occasions requiring rapid opening or closing. Double-acting: Two-position control for valve opening and closing; Single-acting: (Spring return): The valve automatically opens or closes when the electrical or pneumatic circuit is cut off or malfunctions.
II. Features:
1. The knife gate valve is a new type of gate valve, with small volume, light weight, and material-saving design. It is an ideal product for industries such as sewage, coal slurry, mud, air, slag-water mixture, water supply, paper making, and mining.
2. The knife gate valve adopts metal-to-metal hard sealing or metal-to-rubber soft sealing. During the opening and closing process, the gate and sealing surface feature a special design, resulting in less friction and long service life.
3. The upper seal of the knife gate valve breaks through conventional sealing forms. The adoption of a bonnet structure transforms the upper seal from a large-area rectangular seal to a small-area circumferential seal, greatly improving sealing performance. Based on the circumferential seal, the internationally advanced floating seal structure is further applied, enabling the upper seal to achieve a service life equivalent to that of the pipeline, thereby extending the overall service life of the valve.
4. After adding a sealing sleeve device to the top of the handwheel of the knife gate valve, all moving parts of the valve can be in a closed state, so the screw drive of the gate and valve stem will not jam due to dry lubricating oil. It is especially suitable for long-term normal operation in harsh environments with dust and dryness.
