I. Structural Features of National Standard Swing Check Valves
1. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with national standard GB/T 12236, featuring reasonable structure, reliable sealing and excellent performance.
2. The sealing surfaces of the disc and seat are built-up welded with iron-based alloy or stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, which are wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, have good scratch resistance and long service life.
3. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
4. The valve body materials are complete in variety, and the gaskets can be reasonably selected according to the actual working conditions or user requirements, making it applicable to various pressure, temperature and medium working conditions.
5. The disc rotates around the pin outside the valve seat, reducing severe impact during closing.
6. The pin shaft is connected with the disc by an internal structure, with no external leakage points, ensuring more reliable use.
