I. Introduction:

The J941H electric stop valve is suitable for pipelines in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries, used to cut off or connect pipeline media. Applicable media include water, oil products, steam, acidic media, etc. Operation methods include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc. The opening and closing part of the electric stop valve is a plug-shaped valve disc, the sealing surface is flat or conical, and the valve disc moves linearly along the center line of the fluid. The movement forms of the valve stem include the rising stem type (the valve stem rises and falls, while the handwheel does not) and the rising and rotating stem type (the handwheel rotates and rises together with the valve stem, and the nut is installed on the valve body). The electric stop valve is only suitable for fully open and fully closed positions, and is not allowed for regulation and throttling.

II. Main Uses:

Compact structure, reasonable design, good valve rigidity, smooth passage, and small flow resistance coefficient. The sealing surface is made of stainless steel and hard alloy, with long service life. Adopting flexible graphite packing, it has reliable sealing and is light and flexible to operate. The driving methods are manual, electric, pneumatic, and gear transmission. The structural types include elastic wedge single gate plate, rigid wedge single gate plate, and double gate plate. It is widely used in petroleum and chemical industries, thermal power plants, etc., as an opening and closing device for connecting or cutting off media in oil and steam pipelines. The electric control valve is installed on water and steam pipelines as an opening and closing device. It must be in the fully open or fully closed position and cannot be used as a control valve. The opening and closing of the valve is driven by the electric device.

III. Structural Features:

2. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are surfaced with iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, which has good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and scratch resistance, and long service life.
3. The valve stem is subjected to tempering and surface nitriding treatment, with good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.
4. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet various engineering and user requirements.
5. The valve body has a complete range of material types, and the packing and gaskets can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, suitable for various pressure, temperature, and medium working conditions.
6. The reverse sealing is made by threaded connection of the sealing seat or surfacing of austenitic stainless steel on the body, with reliable sealing. The packing can be replaced without stopping the machine, which is convenient and quick, and does not affect the system operation.
7. Equipped with DZW series multi-turn electric devices, which have small casing, light weight, complete functions, and can be used with remote computers. Electric devices can also be selected according to user requirements.
