I. Introduction:
The J44F46 lined angle-type stop valve is suitable for use in pipelines conveying various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and various organic acids, strong acids, strong oxidizing agents at temperatures ranging from -50°C to 150°C. The FEP lining is also applicable to pipelines conveying various concentrations of strong alkali, organic solvents, and other corrosive gas and liquid media. A stop valve refers to a valve whose closing member (disc) is driven by the stem and moves up and down along the central axis of the seat. It is mainly used to switch on or cut off the medium in the pipeline, but cannot be used for throttling. The J44 type angle-type stop valve has the advantages of compact structure, flexible opening and closing, strong corrosion resistance, and short stroke. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical and other pipeline systems to cut off the medium. However, stop valves with plastic lining are strictly prohibited from being used for flow regulation, so as to avoid the high-speed medium flow at the throttling port eroding and damaging the sealing surface.
