I. Introduction:
The H44H stainless steel swing check valve adopts a hydraulically optimized contour design to achieve an excellent streamlined flow path. The built-in guide vane design ensures minimal pressure loss. When installed at the water pump outlet, it can close rapidly before backflow occurs, preventing water hammer, water hammer noise and destructive impact, thus achieving the purpose of preventing backflow and protecting equipment. It is a valve that controls the one-way flow of medium in pipelines, used to prevent medium backflow in pipelines. The stainless steel swing check valve is suitable for opening and closing devices that control the connection or cutoff of medium in pipelines of various pressures, temperatures and media under medium and small caliber; it automatically prevents fluid backflow by relying on the weight of the disc and fluid pressure difference. Applicable media include water, oil products, steam, etc. It adopts an internal-mounted rocker swing structure, all opening and closing parts of the valve are installed inside the valve body without penetrating the valve body. Except for the sealing gasket and sealing ring at the middle flange, there is no external leakage point overall, eliminating the possibility of external leakage of the valve. It has been widely used in chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical and other fields.
II. Features:
1. Careful material selection, in line with relevant domestic and international standards, with high overall material quality.
2. Advanced and reasonable sealing pair matching. The sealing surfaces of the disc and valve seat are built-up welding with iron-based alloy or cobalt-based hard alloy, which have good wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, and long service life.
3. The product is designed and manufactured in accordance with national standard GB/T12235.
4. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing types can be adopted to meet various engineering and user requirements.
5. A complete variety of valve body materials, and gaskets can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements, suitable for various pressure, temperature and medium working conditions.
6. Check valves of different structural forms and connection forms can be designed and manufactured according to user requirements, for supporting use with various equipment.
