Overview of J941W Electric Stop Valves:
Flange-connected J941H electric stop valves are suitable for pipelines in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and electric power under working conditions with nominal pressure PN1.6~16MPa and operating temperature -29~550℃, to cut off or connect pipeline media. The driving methods include manual, gear transmission, electric, pneumatic, etc.
Structural Features of J941W Electric Stop Valves:
1. Carefully selected materials that meet relevant domestic and international standards, with a reasonable structure and beautiful appearance.
2. The sealing surfaces of the valve disc and valve seat are built-up welded with iron-based alloy or Stellite cobalt-based hard alloy, which are wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and have good anti-scuffing performance, with a long service life.
3. The valve stem undergoes quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, providing good corrosion resistance and anti-scuffing properties.
4. Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface types can be adopted to meet various engineering and user requirements.
