I. Introduction:
The BTX41H lifting type insulated plug valve is suitable for pipelines in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and electric power under working conditions with nominal pressure ranging from CLASS150LB to 2500LB and operating temperature ranging from -29℃ to 550℃, to cut off or connect the pipeline medium. In the tapered plug, the channel is trapezoidal. These shapes make the plug valve structure lightweight, but also cause a certain amount of flow loss. Plug valves are most suitable for cutting off and connecting media as well as for diversion. However, depending on the application nature and the erosion resistance of the sealing surface, they can sometimes be used for throttling. Since the movement between the sealing surfaces of the plug valve has a wiping effect, and when fully open, it can completely prevent contact with the flowing medium, it is usually also suitable for media with suspended particles. Another important feature of the BTX41H lifting type insulated plug valve is that it is easily adaptable to multi-channel structures, so that one valve can have two, three or even four different flow passages. This can simplify the design of the pipeline system, reduce the number of valves used, and decrease the number of connecting fittings required in the equipment.
II. Features:
