I. Introduction:
The X43W-10T two-way all-copper flange plug valve is a type of valve that opens or closes by rotating 90 degrees to align or disconnect the channel on the plug with the channel on the valve body. The plug of a plug valve can be cylindrical or conical. In a cylindrical plug, the channel is generally rectangular; while in a conical plug, the channel is trapezoidal. These shapes make the plug valve structure lightweight, but also result in certain losses. Plug valves are most suitable for cutting off and connecting media as well as for diversion. However, depending on the nature of the application and the erosion resistance of the sealing surface, they can sometimes also be used for throttling. Scope of application: urban construction, chemical industry, metallurgy, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, food, beverage, environmental protection. Main performance specifications: applicable to media such as water, steam, and oil; working temperature (℃) ≤100.
II. Features:
1. Suitable for frequent operation, with quick and smooth opening and closing.
2. Low fluid resistance.
3. Simple structure, relatively small volume, light weight, easy to maintain.
4. Good sealing performance.
5. Not limited by installation direction, media flow can be in any direction.
6. No vibration, low noise.
