I. Introduction:
The CS44F liquid expansion type steam trap is an energy-saving steam trap for economic experiments among thermostatic steam traps. Its advantages are: small volume, light weight, automatic air exhaust, and can be installed in any position; the back pressure rate is greater than 80%, the stainless steel bellows has a large expansion amount and is easy to adjust. This valve is equipped with an adjusting bolt, and the operating temperature can be adjusted as needed. Generally, the liquid expansion type steam trap with a subcooling degree lower than the saturation temperature by 18℃ - 40℃ uses a bellows filled with volatile substances as the temperature-sensitive element to open and close the valve. The bellows type steam trap is suitable for steam pipeline tracing, instrument tracing, domestic heating and drainage of heating equipment that allows high-temperature condensate to exist, with a wide range of applications.

1. It has a drainage temperature adjustment mechanism, which can be adjusted between 80-100℃, making it easy to use.
