I. Introduction:
The CS47H adjustable bimetallic steam trap features a unique structure, excellent performance, large drainage capacity, adjustable air leakage temperature, with a subcooling degree of about 2°C. It can discharge a large amount of cold air and other non-condensable gases, and will not cause air blocking. Its internal parts are replaceable, making maintenance and adjustment easy. This steam trap is widely applicable to main steam pipes, pipeline network tracing, instrument tracing, domestic heating, and drainage of heating equipment that allows high-temperature condensate to exist. The bimetallic steam trap uses a bimetallic temperature-sensing element to drive the valve core to open and close. When the device is just started, low-temperature condensate appears in the pipeline, the bimetallic sheet is flat, and the valve core is in the open position under the elastic force of the spring. As the temperature of the condensate gradually rises, the bimetallic temperature-sensing element begins to bend and deform, pushing the valve core to the closed position. The steam trap is fully closed before the condensate reaches the saturation temperature. High-temperature condensate always exists in front of the valve, with no steam leakage, resulting in good energy-saving effect.
