I. Product Introduction:
The PNF valve sleeve sludge discharge valve, also known as the sludge discharge cover valve, is generally used for sludge discharge inside the sedimentation tank of small-scale projects. It is installed at the bottom of the tank where a conical bottom is formed (so that the bottom sludge in the tank can be completely discharged), and is usually used in conjunction with an actuator. For those with small opening and closing force, an extended handwheel can be directly matched for use. The usage forms include single unit or multiple units arranged in sequence, and the main body material is generally cast iron. The TF type sleeve valve, also known as the lifting valve, is generally used for sludge discharge outside the sedimentation tank during sludge discharge. Due to its structure of inner and outer telescopic sleeves, it can also be used to adjust the water level in a water distribution well or outlet, such as sludge discharge from a single-pipe suction dredger, air flotation effluent, etc. It is generally made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
