I. Product Overview:
The ZRQM-2 intelligent electric control valve consists of a 3810L (or PSL series) linear motion electronic electric actuator and a compact single-seat valve; it includes a servo function, accepts unified standard signals of 4-20mA or 1-5V·DC, converts the current signal into a corresponding linear displacement, and automatically controls the opening degree of the control valve to achieve continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline; it is suitable for occasions with strict requirements on leakage, low pressure difference before and after the valve, and media with a certain viscosity and a small amount of fibers. It is a pressure-balanced control valve. When matched with the RQM series intelligent electric actuator, the overall structure is compact, light in weight, good in stability, and high in protection level, so it is widely used in automatic adjustment systems such as large thermal power plants, chemical plants, water treatment and sewage treatment, natural gas oil fields, and steel plants.

Valve core and valve seat: 1Cr18Ni9Ti, surfacing with Stellite alloy
Valve stem and push rod: 2Cr13, 1Cr18Ni9Ti
Sleeve: 2Cr13
Packing: Polytetrafluoroethylene, flexible graphite, stainless steel corrugated sheet
