I. Introduction:
The HCB cage-type double-seat control valve is a pressure-balanced control valve. The fluid passage of the valve body is S-shaped streamlined, and it is also equipped with a diversion wing that improves the smooth flow of fluid around the sleeve. Its advantages include small pressure drop loss, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, high precision of flow characteristic curve, good dynamic stability, low noise, and small cavitation corrosion. The control valve is equipped with a multi-spring diaphragm actuator, which has a compact structure and large output force. It is suitable for controlling high-temperature, low-temperature, and high-pressure differential fluids. When matched with LHA multi-spring diaphragm actuators or electric actuators, it also features a compact structure and large output force. It is a pressure-balanced control valve with an S-shaped streamlined fluid passage in the valve body and a diversion wing designed to improve the smooth flow of liquid around the sleeve. Its advantages include small pressure drop loss, large flow rate, wide adjustable range, high precision of flow characteristic curve, good dynamic stability, low noise, and small cavitation corrosion.
II. Features:
1. Leakage (metal valve seat): Complies with ANSI B16.104 Class III standard, less than 0.5% of rated Cv.
2. PTFE valve seat: Complies with ANSI B16.104 Class VI standard, less than 10⁻⁷ of rated Cv.
3. Hysteresis: 3% (without positioner); 1% (with positioner).
4. Linearity: ±5% (without positioner); ±1% (with positioner).
5. Note: Standard V-shaped PTFE packing is adopted.
III. Execution Standards:
Diaphragm material: Ethylene propylene rubber with nylon reinforcement.
Spring range: 0.02-0.10, 0.08-0.24 MPa.
Supply air pressure: 0.14, 0.16, 0.28 MPa.
Air source connection: Rc1/4.
Ambient temperature: -30～+70℃.
Note: This valve can also be matched with VA5 or VA6 and VP actuators.
Valve action type: Air-to-open, air-to-close.
Accessories: Positioner, handwheel mechanism, pneumatic valve position transmitter, etc.

Nominal pressure: ANSI 125, 150, 300, 600; JIS 10, 16, 20, 30, 40K; PN1.6, 4.0, 6.4 MPa.
Connection type: Flanged: IF, RF, RJ, LG (standards: ANSI B16.5; JIS B2201; JB/T79.1 PN1.6 MPa; JB/T79.2 concave-convex surface); Welded: Socket weld SW (40～50 mm); Butt weld BW (65～200 mm).
Materials: Ht200, Zg25, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti, ZG0Cr17Ni12Mo2, 1.25Cr0.5Mo, 5.0Cr0.5Mo, SCPH21, SCPH61, Ti.
