I. Introduction:
The T940H electric regulating valve is mainly composed of parts such as the valve body, sleeve, valve disc, and valve stem. Both the sleeve and the valve disc are equipped with throttling holes. By rotating the valve disc within the valve seat, the flow area is changed to regulate the flow rate. When matched with a ZKJ-type or other electric rotary actuators, remote control and automatic control can be realized. This regulating valve is widely used in water supply pipelines to adjust flow rate, and can also be used in oil product pipelines. It is applicable to the following conditions: Nominal pressure: 1.6-10MPa/cm²; Working temperature: For T40H-40 type, ≤425℃; For T40H-100 type, ≤425℃. It is suitable for media in water pipelines, and is installed on low, sub-medium pressure, medium pressure boiler feed water or high-pressure heater drainage pipelines. The feed water regulating valve is installed on the boiler feed water pipe to adjust the feed water flow rate, so as to meet the operation requirements of the boiler and the load.
II. Installation and Use:
1. The electric regulating valve must be installed according to the arrow indicating the flow direction on the valve body;
2. Before initial installation, flush the pipeline first, then install the regulating valve. A filter should be installed upstream of the valve;
3. The valve body should avoid being subjected to excessive stress caused by severe misalignment of the front and rear pipes or mating flanges;
4. It is best to install the valve upright and vertically on the pipeline. A support frame should be added in occasions where the valve has a large self-weight or vibration;
