I. Introduction:
The electric sleeve special control valve adopts a cage-type multi-hole valve core, featuring good regulation performance, low vibration, low noise, reasonable clearance and less leakage. It is equipped with a guide sleeve, ensuring accurate regulation and smooth operation. The sealing surface of the valve seat is hardfaced with hard alloy, and the surface of the stainless steel valve core is sprayed with hard alloy, providing excellent erosion resistance, wear resistance and long service life. The adoption of cage structure and spraying technology significantly improves the technical performance and service life of the valve. It is used for flow regulation of various fluids, including condensate systems, deaerator water level regulation, pressure regulation, condensate recirculation regulation, condensate hot water, chemical make-up water regulation and other systems; low-pressure heater drainage and emergency drainage systems, boiler drainage systems, steam blowdown from steam drum to continuous blowdown, and from continuous blowdown to intermittent blowdown; water level regulation of drain tanks; steam regulation of various auxiliary steam systems; and medium regulation of heaters, heating steam for deaerators, various oil circuit systems and steam systems.
II. Features:
1. The valve body adopts an equal-section low-flow-resistance channel designed according to fluid mechanics principles, increasing the rated flow coefficient by 30%.
2. It has a large adjustable range, with a built-in adjustable ratio of 50, and the flow characteristics include linear and equal percentage.
3. The valve plug of the electric sleeve control valve is equipped with pressure equalizing holes at the upper and lower parts, resulting in small unbalanced force, good valve stability, strong sleeve interchangeability and applicable to large operating pressure differences.
4. The regulating and shut-off type adopts a soft-seal structure valve core, meeting the Class VI leakage standard (zero leakage).
5. The servo amplifier adopts deep dynamic negative feedback, which can improve the automatic regulation accuracy.
6. The electric actuator has multiple forms, applicable to 4~20mA DC or 0~10mA DC.
7. The electronic electric control valve can directly control the valve opening through current signals, without the need for a servo amplifier.
