I. Introduction:
The T40H Dalian-style manual regulating valve can be closed by rotating the handwheel clockwise. The regulating valve, also known as the control valve, is a final control element in the field of industrial automation process control. It changes process parameters such as medium flow, pressure, temperature, and liquid level by receiving control signals output from the regulating control unit and using power operation. It generally consists of an actuator and a valve. According to the stroke characteristics, regulating valves can be divided into linear stroke and rotary stroke types. According to their functions and characteristics, they are divided into three types: linear characteristic, equal percentage characteristic, and parabolic characteristic. Regulating valves are suitable for media such as air, water, steam, various corrosive media, slurry, and oil products.
II. Features:
1. Improve heating conditions: The lines and heating stations equipped with manual regulating valves can adjust the flow rate according to the design working conditions to achieve good temperature conditions. This type of regulating valve has better regulating performance than gate valves and globe valves, and it has an approximately linear regulating performance. Therefore, the phenomenon of uneven heating in various heating buildings is effectively improved.

Save energy: Due to the imbalance of temperature and pressure in the heating pipe network, the flow rate of some branches is too large, resulting in excessively high temperatures in some buildings. Users have to open windows, causing a large amount of heat energy to be wasted. 3. Improve the hydraulic conditions of the pipe network: The manual regulating valve can control according to the rated flow rate, reduce the excessive flow rate of the pipe network, and improve the deterioration of the original water conditions to a certain extent.
III. Working Principle:
Regulating valves are used to adjust the flow, pressure, and liquid level of the medium. According to the signals from the regulating position, they automatically control the opening of the valve, thereby adjusting the flow, pressure, and liquid level of the medium. Regulating valves are divided into electric regulating valves, pneumatic regulating valves, hydraulic regulating valves, etc. A regulating valve consists of two parts: an electric actuator or a pneumatic actuator and a regulating valve. Regulating valves are usually divided into two types: straight-through single-seat regulating valves and straight-through double-seat regulating valves. The latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small unbalance, and stable operation, so it is usually particularly suitable for occasions with large flow rates, high pressure drops, and low leakage.
