I. Introduction:
The ZDLSY Electric Specialized Steam Trap Control Valve is a new generation of steam trap designed and manufactured based on the steam trap requirements of thermal power plant equipment. It consists of two parts: an electric actuator and an angle-type valve body. The internal structure has no dead corners. The valve core and valve seat are made of integral cemented carbide, with advantages such as internal leakage ≤ Class VI, high flow characteristic accuracy, etc. This product adopts a nearly linear valve core design to reduce flow resistance, and applies a two-stage throttling principle to reduce erosion and extend service life. Powered by an electric actuator, it automatically adjusts the valve opening according to the controlled parameters of the control system, receiving 0-10mA or 4-20mA DC signals to achieve continuous adjustment of process parameters such as pressure, flow, and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline, and can accept remote DCS signals. This product features sensitive operation and precise signal transmission, and is widely used in industrial automation control systems such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, and light textile, gaining extensive applications in the industrial field.
II. Component Materials:
Valve body and valve cover: HT200, ZG230~450, ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti
Valve core and valve: 1Cr18Ni9Ti, Stellite alloy hardfacing
Core packing: Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), flexible graphite, stainless steel bellows
Push rod and bushing: 2Cr13
III. Application:
It is composed of a 381L series electronic electric actuator and a three-way regulating mechanism. The electric actuator has a built-in servo system, eliminating the need for an additional servo amplifier. It can be controlled to operate simply by connecting an input signal and a power supply. The regulating mechanism has two functional modes: confluence and diversion. In some applications, it can replace two two-way valves and one three-way connection, thus being widely used. It is commonly used in two-phase regulation of heat exchangers and simple ratio regulation.
