I. Introduction:
The remote control float valve is a hydraulically operated valve with multiple functions. It is mainly installed at the water inlet of a water tank or an elevated water tower. When the water level reaches the set height, the main valve is controlled by the float pilot to close the water inlet and stop water supply. When the water level drops, the main valve is controlled by the float pilot to open the water inlet and fill the water tank, realizing automatic water replenishment. The liquid level control is precise and not affected by water pressure. The diaphragm-type remote control float valve can be installed at any position according to the height of the water tank and the available space, and is convenient for maintenance, debugging and inspection, with reliable sealing and long service life. The diaphragm-type valve has reliable performance, high strength and smooth operation, and is suitable for pipelines with a diameter below 450 mm.
II. Working Features:
1. Tight and reliable closing. The main valve is sealed by a rubber sealing ring, and the closing power is automatically generated by the main valve control chamber to maintain an appropriate closing force, ensuring high sealing life and reliability.
2. Easy to operate, no need for an additional electronic control system for the valve. The valve automatically opens and closes according to the change of liquid level.
3. The valve body adopts a full-channel, straight-through and streamlined design, with small hydraulic loss and good energy-saving effect.
