II. Features:
1. The valve body of the electric double-seat control valve adopts an equal-cross-section low-flow-resistance flow channel designed according to fluid mechanics principles, increasing the rated flow coefficient by 30%.
2. It has a large adjustable range, with an inherent controllable ratio of 50, and the flow characteristics include linear and equal percentage.
3. The regulating shut-off type adopts a soft-seat structure valve core, meeting the Class VI leakage standard (zero leakage).
4. The servo amplifier uses deep dynamic negative feedback, which can improve the accuracy of automatic regulation.
5. The electric operator comes in multiple forms, suitable for 4~20mA DC or 0~10mA DC signals.
6. The electronic electric control valve can directly control the valve opening via current signals, without the need for a servo amplifier.
7. The bellows-sealed control valve forms a complete seal for the moving valve stem, eliminating fluid external leakage.
III. Working Principle:
After the working medium's upstream pressure P1 passes through the valve core and valve seat and undergoes throttling, it becomes downstream pressure P2. Meanwhile, P1 is input into the upper diaphragm chamber of the actuator through a control pipeline and acts on the top disc. The generated force balances the reaction force of the spring, determining the relative position of the valve core and valve seat and controlling the upstream pressure. When flow and pressure are controlled in combination, the valve operates sequentially according to the input order of the flow valve and the pressure valve (downstream). When either of the two parameters—flow and downstream pressure—reaches or exceeds the set value, the valve will operate as required, thus meeting various on-site control requirements.
