I. Introduction:
The Q11F one-piece ball valve and the flange gate valve belong to the same type of valve. The difference is that its closing element is a sphere, which rotates around the center line of the valve body to achieve opening and closing. Ball valves are mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute, and change the flow direction of the medium. The wide-range ball valve is a new type of valve widely adopted in recent years. The one-piece ball valve is a manually operated ball valve that rotates 90 degrees. It has excellent sealing performance, large flow capacity, small flow resistance coefficient, simple structure, easy maintenance, and long service life. The one-piece ball valve is usually used in occasions with strict sealing requirements. In addition to controlling gaseous, liquid, and steam media, it is also suitable for controlling sewage and media containing fibrous impurities.
II. Product Features:
1. Small fluid resistance. The ball valve is one of the valves with the smallest fluid resistance among all valve types. Even the reduced-bore ball valve has quite small fluid resistance;
2. Quick and easy switching. As long as the valve stem rotates 90 degrees, the ball valve completes the full opening or full closing action, making it easy to achieve quick opening and closing;
3. Good valve seat sealing performance. Most of the sealing rings of ball valves are made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene. The soft-seal structure is easy to ensure tight sealing, and the sealing force of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure;
4. Reliable valve stem sealing. When the ball valve is opened and closed, the valve stem only rotates without lifting, so the packing of the valve stem is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing force of the back-seal of the valve stem increases with the increase of the medium pressure;
5. Due to the good self-lubricity of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, the friction loss with the sphere is small, so the service life of the ball valve is long;
6. It can be equipped with various driving mechanisms such as pneumatic and electric devices to realize remote control and automatic operation;
7. The inner channel of the valve body is smooth, so it can transport viscous fluids, slurries, and solid particles;
8. Easy to install, it can be installed at any position in the pipeline in any direction.
