I. Introduction:
The overall inclined surface ball valve is a new product developed by our company, suitable for liquefied petroleum gas, oil products, water, corrosive fluid engineering and alumina conveying engineering in aluminum industry. This valve adopts a wedge-type top-mounted structure, with novel structure and excellent performance. At present, most ball valves are side-mounted, which generally have large opening and closing torques, and are greatly affected by temperature difference and pipeline installation stress. The overall inclined surface ball valve is not affected by temperature difference and pipeline installation stress on the sealing performance of the ball sealing pair. When the sealing pair is worn, the spring force can automatically compensate. It is easy to operate, with an opening and closing torque of only less than 50% of that of ordinary ball valves. It has a long service life. The high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene valve seat has metal protection rings inside and outside, which can prevent the medium from scouring and damaging the valve seat and the cold flow of polytetrafluoroethylene. Moreover, the pre-tightening force can be adjusted to achieve a smaller sealing specific pressure, which will greatly improve the service life.
II. Product Features:
