I. Introduction:
Applicable medium for Q41PPL sewage discharge ball valve: sewage, gas, oil products, natural gas and acid-base corrosive media. Applicable temperature: -196-350℃. Driving mode: manual, pneumatic, electric, etc. Main purpose: It is used in various pipelines with a metal sealing working temperature of -29～425℃ (carbon steel) or -40～550℃ (stainless steel) to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, metal-sealed ball valves can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc. Using a new type of sealing material as the valve seat, the service life of the ball valve with polytetrafluoroethylene as the seal (compared with similar products) is increased by 3-5 times.
