I. Introduction:
The FQ41F46 fluorine-lined discharge ball valve uses a sphere with a circular through-hole as the opening and closing part. The sphere rotates around the center line of the valve body along with the valve stem to open and close the valve. Adopting special molding process, the sealing surface is dense and well-formed. Combined with V-shaped PTFE packing, the valve achieves zero leakage. The sphere and valve stem are cast as one piece, eliminating the possibility of the valve stem rushing out of the pressure-bearing part due to pressure changes, fundamentally ensuring operational safety. The full plastic lining process is used, making it resistant to strong corrosion from media. It is suitable for pipelines handling aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, various organic acids, strong oxidants at concentrations ranging from -50℃ to 150℃. FEP is also applicable to pipelines handling strong alkali, organic solvents, and other corrosive gases and liquids at various concentrations.
II. Structural Features:
1. Low fluid resistance: The inner wall of the lined ball valve is smooth, with unobstructed flow passages, making it one of the valve types with the lowest fluid resistance.
2. Quick and easy switching: Only a 90° rotation of the sphere is required to complete the opening and closing operations.
3. Special molding process: The lining material is lined on the inner wall of the valve body, resisting corrosion from strong acid and strong alkali media. The lined spherical surface combined with PTFE valve seats ensures excellent sealing performance, achieving zero leakage.
4. Can be equipped with various driving devices such as pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic actuators, enabling remote control and automated operation.
5. The sphere and valve stem are integrated, eliminating rotation angle difference, preventing the risk of the valve stem rushing out due to pressure changes, ensuring operational safety and reliability.
