The straight-through flush filter overcomes many shortcomings of traditional filter products, such as small dirt holding capacity, the need to disassemble and clean the filter part, and the inability to monitor the filter status. It has the functions of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element. During the cleaning and sewage discharge process, the system can continuously supply water, and the filter status can be monitored. It has a high degree of automation. It covers various filtration accuracy requirements from 10μm to 3000μm, providing customers with various water filtration equipment. The filtration equipment adopts an advanced internal mechanical structure, realizing a true high-pressure backwashing function, which can easily and thoroughly remove impurities trapped by the filter screen. The cleaning has no dead corners, and the flux does not attenuate, ensuring the filtration efficiency and long service life. The filtration equipment uses 304 and 316L stainless steel wedge-shaped filter screens, which have high strength, high precision, and corrosion resistance, with a maximum filtration accuracy of up to 50 microns.

IV. Installation and Operation:
1. The backwashing sewage filter can be installed horizontally or vertically in the pipeline. During installation, ensure that the arrow direction on the housing is consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
2. During normal operation, the outlet valve does not need to be fully closed; you can directly close the manual valve and open the sewage outlet for sewage discharge.
3. It can be directly installed on the system without any support structure, saving space.
4. When the backwashing sewage filter is used in conjunction with an electronic water treatment device, it should be installed before the water inlet of the water treatment device.
5. This equipment has no wearing parts; only regular flushing and sewage discharge according to water quality are required.
