I. Introduction:
The three-way rubber-lined diaphragm valve is used to change the passage cross-section and the flow direction of the medium, and has functions such as diversion, shut-off, regulation, throttling, check, diversion or overflow. The valve can be used to control the flow of fluids such as water, steam, oil, gas, mud, various corrosive media, liquid metals and radioactive fluids. The three-way rubber-lined diaphragm valve is specially used to control non-corrosive or general corrosive media. The inner cavity surface of the valve body is either unlined or covered with various optional rubbers, making it suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines. The diversity of lining materials enables it to adapt to various media and has good corrosion resistance. The valve body and the bonnet are separated by a middle diaphragm, so that the bonnet and stem parts above the diaphragm are not eroded by the medium. The diaphragm valve is a special type of stop valve.

IV. Structural Features:
The diaphragm valve is a special type of stop valve:
1. The elastic sealing opening and closing parts ensure no internal leakage;
2. The streamlined flow path results in small pressure loss;
3. There is no packing box, so there is no external leakage;
4. The valve body and bonnet are separated by a middle diaphragm, so that parts such as the bonnet and stem above the diaphragm are not eroded by the medium;
5. The diaphragm is replaceable, with low maintenance cost;
6. The diversity of lining materials enables it to adapt to various media, and it has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance.
