I. Introduction:
When the device starts up, air enters the CS17 stainless steel adjustable metal disc steam trap, and the valve core is in the open position at low temperature. Immediately after, condensate water enters the steam trap. At low temperature, the bimetallic disc remains flat, the valve core is fully open, and quickly discharges the condensate. When hot condensate enters the steam trap, the bimetallic disc starts to bend and deform as the temperature rises, pulling the valve core upward to adjust the valve seat opening. Before the temperature reaches the saturation temperature, the valve core fully closes the valve. After the hot condensate accumulated in the valve cools down gradually, the temperature-sensitive bimetallic disc reduces its deformation, driving the valve core to open the valve and continue discharging condensate. Since hot condensate is always present in front of the valve, steam-water separation is formed, resulting in no steam leakage.
II. Product Features:
1. The discharge temperature can be adjusted at will, the installation posture is flexible, and all internal parts are made of stainless steel.

III. Product Installation:
1. Before installation, check the valve cavity and sealing surfaces, ensuring no dirt or sand particles adhere to these parts;
2. Tighten the bolts at all connection parts evenly;
3. Check that the packing parts are properly compressed, which ensures both the sealing of the packing and the flexible opening of the gate disc;
4. Before installing the valve, the user must verify the valve model, connection dimensions, and pay attention to the medium flow direction to ensure consistency with the valve's requirements;
5. When installing the valve, the user must reserve the necessary space for valve actuation;
6. The wiring of the actuation device must be carried out according to the circuit diagram;
7. The gate valve must be regularly maintained, and must not be collided with or squeezed at will, so as not to affect the sealing performance.
