I. Introduction:
The DMZ673H pneumatic buried gate valve has the advantages of short valve body structure length, light weight, the valve seat sealing surface can be protected from medium erosion, uniform pressure on the sealing surface, tight fit, can scrape away dust particles, tar and other substances on the valve seat sealing surface during the closing process, convenient sewage discharge, and prevention of medium leakage. It is suitable for use in gas pipelines containing dust or tar. The DMZ673H pneumatic buried gate valve is a relatively complex automatic control instrument, composed of various pneumatic components and a valve body. It is mostly used in occasions requiring rapid opening or closing. Double-acting: two-position control for opening and closing the valve; Single-acting: (spring return): the valve automatically opens or closes when the electrical or pneumatic circuit is cut off or malfunctions.
II. Features:
1. The knife gate valve is a new type of gate valve, with small volume, light weight, light and material-saving design, making it an ideal product for industries such as sewage, coal slurry, mud, air, slag-water mixture, water supply, papermaking, and mining.
2. The knife gate valve adopts metal-to-metal hard sealing or metal-to-rubber soft sealing. During the opening and closing process, the gate and sealing surface are specially designed to reduce friction and ensure durability.
3. The upper seal of the knife gate valve breaks through the conventional sealing form. The bonnet structure changes the upper seal from a large-area rectangular seal to a small-area circular seal, greatly improving the sealing performance. Based on the circular seal, the internationally advanced floating seal structure is adopted, enabling the upper seal to achieve a service life equivalent to that of the pipeline, thereby extending the overall service life of the valve.
4. After adding a sealing sleeve device to the top of the handwheel of the knife gate valve, all moving parts of the valve can be in a closed state, so that the screw transmission between the gate and the valve stem will not jam due to dry lubricating oil. It is especially suitable for long-term normal operation in harsh environments with dust and dryness.
