I. Introduction:
The gas shut-off valve model J41N is a type of gas valve, also known as a liquefied petroleum gas shut-off valve (liquefied gas valve). This product has pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, and is used in urban liquefied petroleum gas storage stations, as well as refineries and petrochemical plants, serving as a shut-off device for controlling medium in the liquefied gas systems of petrochemical plants. The gas shut-off valve uses molded polytetrafluoroethylene/flexible graphite as the sealing packing, and the initial seal is provided by the packing gland. When dynamic seal leakage occurs due to wear, the packing gland nut can be adjusted. It is suitable for most high, medium and low pressure non-corrosive fluid conveying occasions.

III. Principle and Structure:
1. When the handwheel is rotated clockwise, the valve stem moves downward, the valve disc descends to make the sealing surfaces fit, cutting off the passage. When rotated counterclockwise, it opens, and the upper seal comes into effect when the valve stem reaches its upper limit.
2. This valve is equipped with an additional upper seal. When the valve is in the open state, it forms a dual seal together with the packing, and also provides a certain degree of protection for the packing.
3. This valve uses nylon products as the sealing surface, the packing is soft molded packing, and the upper seal is also made of soft material, ensuring good sealing performance.
