I. Introduction:
The G641F4 lined pneumatic diaphragm valve is specially designed to control non-corrosive or general corrosive media. The inner cavity of the valve body can be unlined or lined with various optional rubbers, making it suitable for different working temperatures and fluid pipelines. The diversity of lining materials enables it to adapt to various media and provides excellent corrosion resistance. The valve body and bonnet are separated by a middle diaphragm, which protects the valve bonnet and stem components above the diaphragm from media erosion. The diaphragm valve is a special type of gate valve. As the diaphragm, which serves as the actuator, is prone to fatigue fracture due to frequent opening and closing, it should be replaced regularly according to working conditions and media characteristics. The elastic-sealed disc ensures no internal leakage, the streamlined flow path minimizes pressure loss, and there is no stuffing box, thus eliminating external leakage.
