I. Introduction:
The 300X slow-closing check valve consists of a main valve, a check valve, a needle valve, a ball valve, a micro filter, and a pressure gauge, forming a hydraulic control piping system. It operates automatically using hydraulic power, enabling the main valve to achieve excellent opening or closing speed, preventing water hammer and thus achieving the effect of slow closing and noise elimination. The slow-closing check valve is controlled by hydraulic self-power, requiring no additional devices or energy sources, with simple maintenance and smooth opening and slow closing. This product is widely used in water supply network systems such as high-rise buildings and residential areas, as well as urban water supply projects. When water is supplied from the inlet side of the valve, water enters the main valve control chamber through the micro filter, needle valve, and check valve, then drains to the downstream through the ball valve. Since the opening of the needle valve is smaller than that of the ball valve, the drainage speed of the main valve control chamber is lower than the water inlet speed, so the pressure in the control chamber decreases, and the inlet pressure acting on the lower end of the main valve disc opens the main valve to supply water downstream. When the water supply to the pipeline stops, if downstream water starts to backflow, part of the backflow water enters the main control chamber through the ball valve. Due to the function of the check valve, the backflow water cannot flow out from the main control chamber, causing the pressure in the main control chamber to gradually rise and slowly close the main valve.
