I. Introduction:
The electric ventilating butterfly valve features low driving torque, flexible opening and closing, and convenient operation. The valve body is equipped with an oil-sealed retaining ring, with no visible gap between the sealing pairs, resulting in a low leakage rate. The expansion gap between the butterfly plate and the valve body is large, which can effectively prevent jamming caused by thermal expansion and contraction. This valve can be equipped with various driving devices, such as manual devices, worm gear transmission devices, pneumatic devices, and electric devices. Ventilating butterfly valves are widely used in industrial pipelines such as metallurgy, chemical industry, electric power, building materials, and mining, serving to control or regulate gas media. This air duct regulating butterfly valve is widely applicable to gas pipelines for heating ventilation and environmental protection in industries such as power stations, metallurgy, mining, and cement, functioning to regulate the flow of medium.

II. Features:
This valve is a vertical butterfly valve with regulating characteristics, composed of main components such as a valve body, valve plate, valve shaft, and driving device. All parts adopt a welded structure, and the shaft end is sealed with flexible graphite braided packing, which is high-temperature resistant. The opening and closing of the valve plate are driven by a handwheel to drive the manual device. The final output torque of the manual device is transmitted to the valve shaft, which drives the valve plate to rotate through the rotation of the valve shaft, so as to change the inner cross-sectional area of the pipeline, achieve large-area medium cutoff, reduce medium pressure, or regulate medium flow. The regulating angle ranges from 0° to 90°.
