I. Introduction:
The ZDLSY Electric Special Regulating Valve for Steam Drainage is a new generation of steam trap designed and manufactured based on the steam drainage requirements of thermal power plant equipment. It consists of two parts: an electric actuator and an angle-type valve body. Its internal structure has no dead corners, and the valve core and valve seat are made of integral hard alloy. It has the advantages of shut-off internal leakage ≤ Class VI and high flow characteristic accuracy. The product features a nearly linear valve core design to reduce flow resistance, adopts a two-stage throttling principle to reduce erosion and extend service life. Powered by an electric actuator, it receives 0-10mA or 4-20mA DC signals according to the controlled parameters of the control system, automatically adjusts the valve opening, and achieves continuous regulation of process parameters such as pressure, flow rate and liquid level of the fluid in the pipeline. It can also receive remote DCS signals. This product is characterized by sensitive operation and precise signal transmission, and is widely used in industrial automation control systems such as electric power, metallurgy, chemical industry, light textile and other industrial fields, gaining extensive applications in the industrial sector.

III. Application:
It is composed of a 381L series electronic electric actuator and a three-way regulating mechanism. The electric actuator has a built-in servo system, so no separate servo amplifier is required. It can be controlled to operate as long as there is an input signal and a power supply, with simple wiring. The regulating mechanism has two operation modes: confluence and diversion. In some applications, it can replace two two-way valves and one three-way connection, thus being widely used. It is often used for two-phase regulation of heat exchangers and simple ratio regulation.
