I. Introduction:
The J44Y high-pressure angle-type stop valve is one of the most widely used valves. It is widely favored because during the opening and closing process, the friction between the sealing surfaces is small, it is durable, the opening height is not large, it is easy to manufacture, and convenient to maintain. It is not only suitable for medium and low pressure, but also for high pressure. The opening and closing part of the angle-type stop valve (Chengde type) is a plug-shaped valve disc, the sealing surface is flat or conical, and the valve disc moves linearly along the center line of the fluid. The angle-type stop valve is also called an angle valve. The movement forms of the valve stem include the rising stem type (the valve stem rises and falls, the handwheel does not rise and fall) and the rising and rotating stem type (the handwheel rotates and rises and falls together with the valve stem, and the nut is arranged on the valve body). The stop valve belongs to a forced-seal type valve, so when the valve is closed, pressure must be applied to the valve disc to force the sealing surface of the stop valve not to leak. When the medium enters the valve from below the valve disc, the resistance that the operating force needs to overcome is the friction between the valve stem and the packing and the thrust generated by the pressure of the medium. The force to close the "angle-type stop valve" is greater than the force to open the "angle-type stop valve", so the diameter of the valve stem must be larger, otherwise the valve stem may bend.
