I. Introduction:
The nominal pressure of ZMAQ pneumatic diaphragm three-way regulating valve is PN16, 40, 64; the nominal diameter ranges from DN25 to 400. The applicable fluid temperature is from -60℃ to +450℃. The leakage standards are Class II and Class IV. The flow characteristics include linear and parabolic, with multiple specifications available. It adopts a cylindrical thin-walled window-shaped valve core guide, which is different from the bushing guide of the plunger-shaped valve core. Equipped with a multi-spring actuator, it has the advantages of simple structure, light weight, small volume, and convenient disassembly and assembly. It is widely used for precise control of gases and liquids to maintain them at a given value. It is suitable for occasions where one fluid is split into two flows through a three-way valve, or where two fluids are merged into one fluid through a three-way valve. The regulating valve is used to adjust the flow, pressure, and liquid level of the medium. According to the signal from the regulating part, it automatically controls the opening of the valve, thereby adjusting the flow, pressure, and liquid level of the medium.
II. Features:
The pneumatic diaphragm three-way regulating valve can replace two two-way valves and one three-way pipe connection in some occasions, so it is widely used. It is often used in two-phase regulation of heat exchangers, and can also be used for simple ratio regulation. When the nominal diameter and pressure difference are small, the converging valve can be used in diverging occasions and can be interchanged. However, in diverging occasions where the nominal diameter is larger than 80mm and the pressure difference is large, it cannot be interchanged. Available accessories: positioner, handwheel mechanism, air filter pressure reducer, etc.
