I. Introduction:
The GYA hydraulic safety valve is a safety backup device for (flap-type) breathing valves. Its actuation pressure for inhalation and exhalation is slightly higher than that of (flap-type) breathing valves. In case of breathing valve failure or when its flap freezes in winter, the liquid seal of the hydraulic safety valve will be broken, thereby protecting the oil tank from damage. The hydraulic safety valve is installed on the top of the oil tank and used in conjunction with the breathing valve. Control pressure: +56 mm water column to -50 mm water column. The GYA hydraulic safety valve is welded from carbon steel or stainless steel plates. Also known as hydraulic safety valve, it is an important accessory installed on the top of the oil tank to protect the safety of the oil tank. When the breathing valve malfunctions, the hydraulic safety valve can replace the breathing valve to exhaust air.

IV. Installation Instructions:
① All types of hydraulic safety valves shall be installed vertically.
② There shall be no resistance at the outlet of the GYA hydraulic safety valve to avoid pressure phenomena.
③ Before installing the GYA hydraulic safety valve, special tests shall be conducted and its sealing performance shall be checked.
④ Regular inspections shall be carried out on the GYA hydraulic safety valve in use.
