This 50W flexible solar photovoltaic panel adopts ETFE solar panel lamination process. ETFE is a transparent film material with excellent heat resistance, a light transmittance of up to 95%, good flame retardancy and combustion resistance, high tensile strength, chemical resistance, weather resistance and other characteristics. Since solar cells are very thin, they are fragile and prone to corrosion. If they are directly exposed to the atmosphere, their conversion efficiency will decrease due to environmental influences, and may even fail. Each sunpower solar cell has a voltage of 0.55V. To achieve the solar cell module with the required voltage and current, solar cells will first be connected in series and parallel accordingly, then encapsulated into a flat plate structure through methods such as adhesive sealing and lamination before being put into use.
