II. Product Overview

Infrared Detection Alarm System Device for Preventing Construction External Damage to Transmission Lines

How can we prevent external damage? Especially improper behaviors such as entanglement by kites, overgrowth of plants under ultra-high buildings and transmission towers, and excavation for construction under towers have become major threats to the stable power transmission and distribution of transmission lines. These external factors seriously affect the safety of transmission lines. If not handled timely and effectively, they will not only cause transmission faults leading to regional power outages, but may also escalate into serious power accidents, posing a significant threat to life and property safety. To address this challenge, Shenzhen Telikang has launched the TLKS-PMG-WP Infrared Detection Alarm System Device for Preventing Construction External Damage to Transmission Lines, which effectively prevents transmission lines from external damage through technological means and ensures the stable operation of the power system.

III. Working Principle

The laser anti-external damage early warning system for transmission lines is installed on transmission towers, integrating cameras, laser ranging and radar detection technologies to monitor the safety protection area in real time. This system operates continuously 24 hours a day. Once external damage factors are detected, it immediately sends a voice alarm and transmits on-site information to the monitoring center, so that management personnel can respond quickly and issue on-site warnings through the voice system if necessary.

IV. Product Functions

1. It can analyze and alarm against illegal construction machinery crossing the line through the laser line crossing detector;

2. It can effectively and intelligently monitor dangerous points of external damage to transmission lines via video;

3. It has anti-theft detection and alarm functions, monitoring illegal climbing of towers and theft of tower materials;

4. It provides on-site voice warning and expulsion;

5. It adopts professional lightning protection design to ensure system stability and has a post-protection self-recovery function;

6. It is small in size, light in weight and easy to disassemble and assemble.

V. Technical Parameters

1. Working Voltage: DC12V

2. Monitoring Distance: 1000 meters (standard condition)

3. Detection Angle: 110°

4. Communication Method: Supports WiFi, GPS/Beidou, 4G full Netcom

5. Data Storage: Automatic/manual video recording, supports TF card

VI. Conclusion

The TLKS-PMG-WP Infrared Detection Alarm System Device for Preventing Construction External Damage to Transmission Lines not only provides a solid guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the power system, but also brings great convenience to power maintenance personnel. In the future, we have reason to believe that with the continuous progress and application of technology, this early warning device will play a more critical role in the field of power safety protection, helping to build a safer and more stable power network and providing a steady stream of power for people's production and life.
